I’ll be swapping the motherboard in my work PC tonight using an exact match (ASUS PRIME H570-PLUS). I want to know if I might face issues starting Windows after replacing all other parts. Will the system boot into Windows and keep the activated status and installed drivers functional? Only the motherboard is being changed, nothing else.

Avoid problems by ensuring identical motherboards are used and Bitlocker isn't turned on for the storage device in BIOS. Windows activation remains valid with retail keys, not OEM keys tied to the board.
