Reset the CMOS. Place 16-19-19 in the main slots and 16-18-18 in the secondary. Clearing the CMOS before starting will improve your chances.

For Intel, there are budget options like 12600K/12700K and Z690 boards, though they're a bit pricier. If you're on a tighter budget, a 12600K + Z690 combo works well with used 5700/5800x boards under $30. Amd is more affordable for lower budgets, offering cheap mobos and a lot of used parts.
