It varies based on the upgrades you choose. CPU and/or motherboard issues are common, while components like HDDs and GPUs usually work fine.
Ensure your Windows key is linked to your Microsoft Account for easy reactivation after reinstalling.
In reality, if you're only swapping the CPU, you probably don't need to reinstall it, though my recommendation still applies.
