I switched my case and set everything up. All lights work except the monitor doesn’t show anything. Previously, everything functioned perfectly. CPU model is i9-13900KF, motherboard Z690, Maximus Hero BIOS updated. GPU is 4080, PSU is Rog THOR 850W. On the motherboard, the code 00 appears. I tried everything—reinstalling RAM, GPU, CMOS battery, checked bent pins—but none found.

00 is usually the starting point for board setup. The problem could range from a power supply connection problem with the 8-pin EPS to a dead chipset. Given you just finished reassembling, it’s likely the 8-pin isn’t fully locked in. Also, double-check that no capacitor failed in the memory area close to the POST code—search for the Z690 Hero blown capacitor if you need details on which one.
