I purchased that Dell a couple of months back for my cousin's budget build. I planned to get a fresh case and an AIO cooler (likely a coolermatser model), more RAM since it only had 4GB, plus possibly a new CPU and GPU. I'm unsure if the PC is compatible with a case swap.
