When I start my system svchost.exe (netsvcs), it quickly consumes a lot of memory—about 1GB out of my 4GB, dropping to nearly zero. My RAM usage peaks at around 85% during the first few seconds, then stabilizes near 65%, and later falls to about 40% after a couple of minutes. Need assistance?

Occasionally it's a virus, other times it's a Windows setup issue. It's happened before during a fresh installation and a clean wipe plus reinstall solved it.

I didn't visit any online sites on my computer that might bring this risk.
