I just installed Windows 11 on my main computer. Everything seems to be working perfectly until I encounter an issue. Whenever the download speed exceeds about 25Mbit/sec, svchost.exe becomes extremely busy and its CPU usage reaches nearly 100%. This causes everything to run very slowly and puts stress on the processor. It happens when I watch YouTube videos in 4K with Firefox, Brave, or Opera (1440p works fine), and also occurs during Steam downloads. Even after setting my download limit to 20Mbit/sec with NetLimiter, the problem persists. Raising it to 30Mbit/sec still triggers the spike. Sometimes pausing the video or closing the tab/Steam helps restore normal performance. I've tried many solutions online, but most are outdated or don't specifically address svchost issues. A fresh installation might be my only option, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has faced a similar problem.

Specs: Win11 Pro build 22621.1105, ASRock X370 Pro4, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, 32GB RAM, Nvidia 2070 Super
