Windows 8.1 is still in use... Linux was thought about but didn't meet expectations, particularly for video editing with OpenCL support.

We don’t rely on modern tech like tablets or iPads. Our system is just old desktop computers. No smartphones or any digital tools are permitted. We stick to notebooks and pens. The operating system is XP. It’s really frustrating with this setup.
