I moved an app from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 recently. I'm curious if it was a smart move—do users still rely on Windows 8.1 today?

I run Windows 10, but many others use 8.1 since it runs smoother and works better with their programs

I rely solely on Windows 10 to enhance my gaming experience, and with PRO enabled, I’ve removed many unnecessary features from Microsoft’s software.

Oh. Lol. One of my friend's uses 8.1 cos he doesn't see anything inherently wrong with it.
