My daughter gave me a Microsoft Surface that hasn’t loaded anything for about a year. It won’t open the store so I can download Windows 11. I’ve tried resetting it and cleaning it, but nothing works. It’s causing me stress and frustration. I’m not very skilled with computers, and this device is making things difficult. I need some assistance.
