Bethesda resolved the problem in one of the initial updates. The overall frame rate can reach 144 on compatible monitors, though physics remains limited to 60 FPS. It's fixed as an open patch.

Beth switched the physics engine to remove dependencies. It's generally fine, but keep the speed under 144hz for best results.

It remains unchanged; adjusting settings in the INI and driver can lead to unexpected results. For instance, I could achieve near-light speed. They also created a fixed limit for the physics engine at 60.
