I created my "Pictures" folder on the C drive instead of the original path. Also, there is a video attached.

In the location section, tap "move" and choose the desired spot for Pictures to show up.

I'd relocate the entire C drive folder to that pictures folder, but it wouldn't make sense

You're unsure whether to relocate the item fully or revert it to its original position. Providing a clearer idea of your goal would help. There should be a "restore to default" option in the "location" section. To move it completely, simply choose the desired new spot. I've handled a similar task with my "Captures" folder, which automatically saves all clips there, even if the folder is relocated.
