Back in the day, there was a modified BIOS file you could get and install on your motherboard to skip certain restrictions and really customize it. It was a while ago, and I believe Intel (or someone else) acted fast to fix it.

Check if increasing the voltage to 1.4 volts is secure. If it is, you can safely raise it further, such as to 4.212 volts or above.
