your computer is becoming quite sluggish. I saw it lag when watching Youtube, took a long time to load and then automatically switched to 480p. After changing it back to 1080p, the issue persisted and the game stopped working even on low settings. When I checked the resource monitor, spu stayed at 100% continuously. You have a new Windows installation with a GTX 1050 Ti and 4GB RAM, along with an i7 processor.
