It seems the motherboard BIOS doesn't fully recognize the card at all. I've experienced this before with a 1650 on a B450. It booted normally with its original GT1030, but after repeatedly testing the VGA port with the 1650, it would shut down. I was hinting at the port or cable as a likely cause of the occasional startup video issues. Updated July 2, 2022 by An0maly_76 Added more details
