On the verge of losing it, I tried everything I made—built a few computers—but this problem is driving me crazy... I set up an MSI Z690 with force Wi-Fi, Trident 32GB DDR5, and a 6000W PSU. It works with MB QL. The GPU is an I7 12700K with a 3080 OC white, 1300W. Only the RX 3080 boots sporadically, restarting every 2-3 times. But in my testbench it boots perfectly every time. I've tested the 3080, 3090, and 6900XT; all boot without issues. I updated the BIOS and rested the system.

Sure, I can clarify a bit more.
What part is unclear to you?
I’ll try to give it a clearer explanation.

The BIOS update for the video card is required, likely from your test bench. You might also discover a fix in this discussion since comparable problems have occurred before. https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic....&t=1483785

Possible issues might include poor solder or connections inside the output port on the 3080, or the cable could be loose.

Yes, it could be inside the GPU. If so, the issue might be resolved by optimizing the code for GPU execution or adjusting memory access patterns.

It refers to the port issue, and yes, it can be resolved, though likely not something a regular person should attempt alone. From a technical standpoint, it's a manufacturing flaw. If covered under warranty, returning via RMA is probably the best option. Otherwise, I'd recommend seeking help from a professional repair shop.
