Your PC's CPU is showing a lower base clock speed than expected, and it seems to be running at that speed consistently. Let me check what might be going on.

Check the current temperatures. Consider changing Windows settings to performance mode and examine the task manager for CPU speed afterward.

The temperatures stay below 50 degrees even when under load. I've tested various settings like performance mode and switched to Windows 7, but no improvement was seen.

You're checking clock speed with tools such as CPU-Z and benchmarks like Cinebench R15. If Task Manager isn't helping, try running a performance test to get accurate readings.

I've also attempted that, but it still displays the same.

It happened when the processor was busy or when it wasn’t running at all on the desk. Today’s CPUs can only increase their speed to the set frequency when they receive a workload.
