Hello, I'm struggling with a persistent issue. Every time Windows starts, it briefly freezes after login before continuing. This also occurs when navigating settings or playing videos. During game loading, the screen may turn black before restoring. Despite having the newest drivers and a clean Windows 10 setup, the problem continues. I ran DDU to remove any other graphics drivers, but it didn't help. When using an older MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X, the issue remains. CMOs were cleared on the motherboard, yet XMP settings didn't resolve it. Sometimes, launching a game causes the screen to go black and sound to cut out, then recover. My monitor is a Samsung Q90T with updated firmware and game mode enabled, using Freesync Ultimate at 120Hz and 4K via HDMI 2.1. I also play at 1440p 120Hz, but it drops to lower resolutions. It's unclear what to do next. Notably, turning off G-Sync eliminated the black screen issue, though others did not. Thank you for your guidance. Power supply: Be Quiet Straight Power 11 1000w; motherboard: x570 Taichi; CPU: AMD 3700x; cooler: Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4; RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3200MHz CL16; graphics: Asus RTX 4070 TUF; storage: Samsung 980 250GB (boot drive); gaming: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB. Case: Fractal Meshify C. It was built in 2019 and has been upgraded.

The Bios has been updated from launch, though the new V5.50 has just been released. All AMD Drivers are installed. The issues happened on a relatively fresh installation of windows and I have performed a clean boot with clean drivers and the issue still persists. Unfortunately, I have lost my usb stick, so I have had to order a new one. So I cannot update bios at the moment.
