It seems everything on my PC was normal until about two days ago. Since then I only changed the NVIDIA driver. After that it began acting oddly and occasionally crashed. Yesterday it kept crashing multiple times in a row without entering Windows. I formatted the PC early this morning hoping that would fix it, thinking the issue might be related to the drives or the time since the last format. Even after formatting, crashes still happen whenever I try to use the desktop GPU (GTX 1060 from ASUS). The crash logs are saved as XML files.

Begin by launching Start, enter CMD and execute it with admin rights.
Paste the following command and press Enter: Sfc /scannow
Wait for the system to complete scanning and fixing corrupted files before moving to DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
Once finished, continue with these actions.
Press the Windows key + X, select Settings, then choose Update & Security, and click Troubleshooter (Advanced options).
Search for Windows Update and run the troubleshooter.
Check for available updates and install them if found.
After installation, restart your computer and monitor its performance.

the issue is that the computer stops working too soon, usually within about five minutes, making it hard to complete even the simplest task. I've tried this nine times and it crashes around 70 percent of the time.

Restarting now with a fresh setup, removing the problematic driver and refreshing all settings.

I really value all the assistance, but I plan to attempt this again later this week. I've been working continuously on the PC since 6:40 AM, and now it's 4:26.

Occasionally it's helpful to pause and try something different.
