I just tried running your PC on Can. The requirements say you can’t use the lowest settings, but I’m not sure if that’s accurate or a glitch. It might still work if you adjust the settings a bit.
The dual-core processor could have some trouble when background apps are active. It seems you're almost identical to my setup from six months ago. You won't consistently reach 60FPS even at low settings, since Far Cry 3 is consuming a lot of power on my 4690k at 4.5 GHz.
The system requirements lab is full of nonsense. I've never seen anyone get a correct reading from the site.
