I didn't enjoy it. Others might, I thought the gameplay was weak. The low-quality animations make it feel slow. Still, it's a well-loved game.
Ya it's a great game but takes much time to learn how to play and even more time to learn how to master. I haven't played in over a year and mostly forgot how to play my character plus all the changes that were made in that time it's like starting all over again only this time i am starting @ Level 65 !

I really like the souls series and I feel like dark souls 2 isn't as much of a numbers game as ds1 was. It gets really good later on and the DLC is great. The combat is really standoffy though because of parry monsters and shield breaks. It really relies on adapting and with my birdman build, I'm unstoppable. Pve is decent if anything with a couple lackluster bosses, but the rest of the game might as well be considered excellent. My opinion, I love it, but I'm dived in csgo right now.
