Hello. I was looking at a Linus video and noticed XSplit being mentioned (it doesn’t really matter). My main question is about the software license—do people actually use it or not? From what I saw, only the "Premium License" permits commercial use. But what does "commercial use" really mean? If I’m not allowed to publish my recordings without it, that’s a problem. I’m new to these programs and still trying to figure things out. And besides, maybe there’s better software than this one (except Frapse). I don’t know why I don’t like Frapse either.

You might use shadowplay with an NVIDIA GPU DXTory, Obs, or Bandicam as alternatives.

Also known as OBS, it’s a great tool. You can capture your stream too.

This video demonstrates combining OBS and Dxtory together. Using them together is more cost-effective since OBS is free and only requires a one-time payment for Dxtory, avoiding ongoing subscriptions.

Commercial generally refers to businesses. Therefore, if a company such as EA wished to broadcast a new game, they would have to obtain the Premium License.
