I upgraded my PC a couple of years ago with a Ryzen 5 3600, an ASUS B450 F, and an RX580. Before that, I had an older AMD chipset I don’t remember well. About two years prior, I bought a prebuilt system that had no GPU and a 5-year-old CPU. I didn’t change the case, HDD fans, or PSU. The PSU is a basic £20 Ace A-600BR model, which I thought was okay but now it’s overheating when I touch it. It’s getting very hot during gaming. I’m worried whether the issue is with the CPU or the PSU because I don’t want long-term damage and my warranty might be near its end. I’m checking Windows reliability info online, but it says the system didn’t shut down properly and it’s happening more often—about four times in a day.
