Hello, I'm installing games from Epic Games on a C disk, it works fine there but slow on other disks. The downloads take too long and the game becomes difficult to launch with lag. Please help.

Do you have the complete specifications? Are you using a desktop computer or a laptop? Is your primary storage a solid-state drive and the rest HDDs?

When purchasing a brand new PC, whether it's prebuilt or you assemble it yourself depends on your preference and requirements.

So beginning from here, the system has been two years old. It worked well until the SSD was added. When you installed the SSD, did you reformat the system and set the OS on the new drive, or was it still using the old HDD? What type of SSD did you purchase to install in the system? What steps were taken during the installation process? Did you alter anything else or simply connect the SSD and consider it complete?

My specialist had finished fixing it for me on the PC, but now it's causing issues now.
