We experienced poor service...they were really bad. Frequent outages, speeds far below what was promised and terrible support. I’m not sure if you have better alternatives nearby, but if you do, act quickly. Otherwise, contact them and insist on a fair bill adjustment and a resolved problem. Spectrum used to be the only provider in my area, and after many complaints reached local officials, they upgraded the network with fiber internet. It’s a huge improvement compared to this new service. I think Spectrum is running out of options, with sales representatives everywhere in my neighborhood. I often joke I’d volunteer for a colonoscopy before returning to them.
