Which mod manager are you employing? Organizer? It helps sort things automatically (especially for Skyrim, though it might work for Fallout as well). If not, it's simply: - .esm files first - main updates (such as skeleton replacements, script extenders, etc.) - other mods in a sensible sequence (for instance, extra gun mods before texture mods for those guns)
I’ll reduce the number of mods and then remove everything, reinstalling each one to ensure it functions properly. Hope that works out.
I carried out what I promised and everything functioned perfectly. I only needed to adjust a small part of the load sequence, just one change. In FNEdit there are many pink and red highlighted weapons, but their mods are red; the latest update in the load order list resolves all of them, which is standard.
