I got a new set of ram and it's have some trouble posting when XMP setting is on. My motherboard is ProArt Z890 with Ultra 7 265K in it. --Up to here sounds simple but hear me out-- Rated spec of the memory is 6600 Mhz 32-39-39-76 @1.40v (Corsair Dominator Titanium 128GB) it uses SK Hynix A-die (I heard it's better than Samsung B-die now) For some reason, it doesn't post when I use the above rated settings (automatic xmp and manual settings) There is no temperature spike as far as I have monitored. I tried giving less and more volt up to 1.25-1.50v I tried adjusting cas latency I tried changing frequency and it only posts at 4800Mhz and underTest above has been done in multiple combination and each combination has been tested a few times. (e.g. 1.25v 4800 c30, 1.25v 4800 c32, 1.25v 5000 c30, 1.25v 5000 c32, 1.26v 4800 c30.....) If I am guessing, is this issue from CPU not being monolithic? I remember my Ryzen systems having issue with memory frequency because it didn't work sync so well with infinity fabric. What is Intel's equivalent of this and how do I adjust it to get memory frequency up? I'm out of ideas for now. Any suggestions? Memory works perfectly fine on Z790 platform by the way.

I've attempted it numerous times. Maximum speed remains under 4800Mhz.

I checked Newegg and didn’t find any 2x64GB kits available. Using four 32GB sticks is the usual solution, but results aren’t reliable.

The problem lies in the fact that even a 32x2 setup with 64GB still falls short of the required XMP performance. It functions properly with the Z790 i9 13900K.

Have you tried any fixes? The same motherboard is used, yet your RAM isn’t performing at the expected XMP speed.
