I managed to locate the missing space on my hard drive, but Windows won’t allow me to delete it. I think "sunrisebasegame" belongs to Forza Horizon 4 files. I need your help right away.

Uncertain about its effectiveness, a possible step forward might involve CCleaner. It handles removing outdated software paths, keys, and folders well. A solid tool for general registry maintenance.

Often it helps to create a bootable USB and wipe the storage. This method typically removes Windows issues on Linux fairly effectively.

Create a backup of Explorer with admin privileges (start, search, explorer – right-click the Windows Explorer result and choose run as administrator... then navigate there and press shift+delete… usually works). For personal preference, some users favor Total Commander; you can simply move files into folders and use shift+delete, or ask for a resend delete command as admin if restrictions apply.

I attempted to remove it using Total Commander, but Windows refused. It seems I lack the authority to delete it while logged in as an admin, which is frustrating.
