I first encountered an issue while trying to create the installation media. I downloaded it from the Windows website, but when preparing the files an error appeared stating “There was a problem running this tool.” I ignored the warning and pressed the restart button; everything worked smoothly and the USB was ready. After booting up with the USB, I accessed the first Windows page and proceeded to the install window. The process became stuck on the setup start screen. I turned off the computer and restarted it, but the blue screen persisted, insisting that my computer needs recovery. I kept pressing enter for it to attempt again, and eventually the error screen reappeared repeatedly as I repeated the steps.

I refreshed my bio earlier, and feel free to ask about the machine’s specifications whenever you like.

Consider using a different USB stick if yours seems defective

Looks like a registry problem or a low-level issue—formatting and generating a new USB.

Consider relocating your data storage. (RAM) Alternatively, test a different USB drive. Check another USB connection point.
