They might be quiet. I tend to enjoy silence a lot. Usually, the h440 sounds a bit too loud, particularly with the built-in fans.

They don't need 5820K, it won't give any gaming advantages. Research consistently shows 6700K works better for gaming. On ultra settings, make sure to enable the run feature.

He mentioned he wasn't relying on it just for gaming; the additional cores can enhance performance when recording, editing, and streaming. With the latest DX12 titles, they could benefit from these extra cores and threads.

He mentioned that in a different part of the conversation. I agree, 6700K is solid and most current games perform well there. You're correct that some titles might need more resources, but it shouldn't surpass 6700K. If he's into video editing, 5820K is an option if he wants to try it.
