I’d just sit back since it’s not fully done yet. It seems likely to work, though I’m uncomfortable with the idea that Microsoft tracks your keystrokes. Plus, it looks like only tech demos are using DX12 these days.

It's a technical preview for a specific reason. Avoid using non-stable software on your main rig. Although it appears acceptable initially, issues often arise and can lead to significant delays.

Join the discussion on your threads. It's not very reliable right now. Keep waiting until July or later. A fresh release is coming soon and should be quite solid, so consider trying it then. It's no longer in the technical phase!

I agree, the name now reads "Windows 10 Insider Preview." It makes more sense this way.

I've been using Windows 10 TP since December for free. The main issue was occasional crashes in games with hl2.exe, but that's been resolved. I've never experienced a blue screen or any crashes. It's no longer a 'technical preview' but an 'evaluation copy'.
