I didn't grasp anything clearly, so I didn't interact with anything. I observed the maximum voltage in BIOS was 1.5V, but it's currently 0.93 here.
Additionally, I prefer not to cancel the warranty, which makes me think PBO isn't a good option.
It seems your PC case might be the issue. From what I recall, when you play Apex, your Ryzen 5 3600 temperature climbs to over 90°C. After switching cases, it drops to around 70°C or less.
