I thought the upcoming Minecraft version would include split-screen functionality on Windows 10 by default, but that wasn't the case. I shared my idea on the feedback page, which currently has 47 votes. It would be great if more people supported it. The game already offers full controller support, so it's unclear why this wasn't added.

In my view, split-screen can be a bit confusing. The PC monitor is just too small; it works best with a Smart TV or regular TV, but my 22-inch screen isn't ideal. I prefer staying merged (Little Block Theater).

You're free to run your PC on any device besides a tiny screen. I sometimes shut it down upstairs and enjoy games like Rocket League—it's really fun. Not using it doesn't mean anyone else will.

It's really simple to connect a PC to a TV while you're writing this on a 55-inch screen.

Purchase the console right away? The Windows 10 Minecraft version is essentially just PE.

You're enjoying the perk of having a TV that links up with your computer...

Not all people rely on 22-inch displays.
