You can upgrade the RAM for your x470 and later use it in an x570 system. There are no strict limits on compatibility.

What CPU and motherboard are you using at the moment? That setting matters more than the chipset (the chipset isn't related to memory layout). Also, a solution that fits the X470 will likely fit the X570. RAM compatibility is improving across newer boards, so it won’t suddenly stop working just because you upgrade.

What is your current ram? Are you upgrading only for speed or are you upgrading in ram size? If its just a ram speed upgrade you can most likely oc your existing rams to 3000/3200 c16, check thaiphoon burner for the ic first though If its ram size then theres a cheap 32gb 3200 c16 vulcan kit going for 80$

Check your processor and CPU compatibility. Match them, otherwise use the lower specification. You can locate details on the manufacturer’s site easily.
