I checked for options to enable the Windows Security Center automatically. Currently, you need to manually activate it each time your computer restarts. The attached photo should help clarify the process. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Keep it running independently. Instead of turning on the firewall, switch off antivirus and install your own. Turn off notifications to avoid alerts during startup.
