You're considering upgrading from your 1060 and 750 Ti to the B580. Running drivers for both Nvidia and Intel simultaneously shouldn't cause conflicts, as long as you use compatible software.

I haven't used mismatched cards in a while, but it's never caused any problems for me. Occasionally, a very long time ago I ran a demo with three different benchmark setups—Intel integrated, NVIDIA, and AMD—all on the same system at once.
