I’m having trouble retrieving my returns and the winnings from today’s bets. This is my first time using this platform, and I placed my first bet without any issues, but now I’m unable to get my money back. It seems the system is offline and can’t connect to Steam servers after five hours—it’s really frustrating.

I've also encountered problems. When I place a bet, it seems successful on the page but fails to register once I leave, which is frustrating since I expect to win around five bets.
