I shared some resources with a fellow gamer who's facing similar issues. Both have comparable hardware—similar CPUs, graphics cards, and RAM—but the performance differs significantly. He reports around 20 FPS on low settings with a lower resolution, while I achieve 80 FPS at full resolution. I'm trying to help him understand what might be affecting his setup and how to improve it. Hope this helps!

Maybe it's something to do with drivers, overheating and so on. One thing though: When he goes into a game, tell him to go into task manager, right click on Black Ops 3, go to details (or whatever it's called), right click on that and set the priority to normal. I've seen BO3 beta set it to low for no reason. happy @ NeatSquidYT ? I helped

Perhaps the issue relates to drivers or overheating. Still, when he starts a game, instruct him to open Task Manager, right-click on Black Ops 3, go to details, then adjust the priority to normal. I've noticed BO3 beta sometimes sets it to low without reason.

It's a fairly demanding CPU game, but my i5 should handle it fine. I wouldn't expect much from a Pentium, so if the problem continues, try reinstalling the game or updating the drivers.
