I favor Opposing Force, which is why I’m not affected by HL3. I believe it won’t be released since no one could create a game that matches the excitement. This is what I enjoy about games—they should develop at their own pace rather than being rushed into yearly updates. The main concern, though, is the shift in flight mechanics and the ships losing their unique character, now feeling more like standard rail-based vessels that vary only in speed. Still, most of these adjustments seem reasonable, so I’ll give them my trust for now.
