Hello everyone, here are some ideas for setting up your small business network. You want two separate networks: one for workstations and another for guests. The workstations network should include both wired connections and WiFi. Guests should only use WiFi. Both WiFi areas need to cover roughly 200 square meters. You mentioned a firewall that’s easy to configure and a secure VPN option for connecting workstations if needed. I’ve drawn a basic plan so you can see what you’re aiming for. The parts marked green are already available, the rest will need upgrading. Let me know if this helps!

For the workstation network, consider using a different subnet than 192.168.0.0/24. This allows easier VPN access when needed without interfering with home networks—something like 10.30.24.0/24 would work well. Set up a Wi-Fi access point that supports VLANs so one device can manage everything. It might be useful to create a separate subnet for workstations and route them between them, which helps detect unauthorized devices. Implementing WPA2 enterprise will strengthen security by obscuring Wi-Fi traffic and providing clearer login information for users.
