No worries, hope you like your new build. If you're coming from an older CPU generation, you might be surprised by how much heat the Ryzen generates—I was definitely shocked. But it's just how they are made. Running stock will keep it working for a long time. Even if you undervolt, I doubt you'll get much benefit except slightly cooler water cooling, which should keep the GPU from getting too hot. If you like tinkering, take a look at CTR and use the DRAM calculator. Good luck and have fun!

Sure, I'll need to look into that topic. I'm just hoping to get a smooth 1080p experience with medium settings, which should mean I won't have to worry about overclocking much.
