H45 and H60 are nearly identical products with minimal distinction. The main variation lies in fan speed, and the H45 offers better airflow. However, I don't suggest either option or any 120mm liquid cooler for overclocking, as both tend to underperform compared to a quality air cooler at similar prices. Just using a liquid cooler doesn't guarantee good performance. This is the main misunderstanding behind those buying advice threads.

H45 and H60 are nearly identical products, with only minor variations. The main distinction lies in fan speed, and the H45 offers better airflow. However, I don’t recommend either option or any 120mm liquid cooler, particularly for overclocking, since each would likely underperform a quality air cooler at similar prices. Just using a liquid cooler doesn’t guarantee good performance. This is the main misunderstanding behind those buying guides. If your budget is under $100 US, I suggest choosing a solid air cooler or a 240 AIO if available.

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R might be it. As I mentioned before, most AIO liquid coolers look almost the same, or extremely alike in design. The main variations lie in the fans and the software for PWM and lighting control.
