Sufficient processing power for running Skyrim graphics mods.
Your system is equipped with a solid setup for running ENB mods. The R9 380 offers decent performance, and with 8GB RAM you should handle mods smoothly. Just keep in mind that as mods become more demanding, you may need to upgrade further for better frame rates.
still nothing too wild with my previous high-performance rig using a 970i, managing about 20fps. didn't seem like a VRAM issue.
You can handle that easily. Just some tips: installing mods that heavily affect trees and foliage can hurt your FPS. I used ENBs with specific tree effects—when they dropped or turned off at 25-30 FPS in heavily modded areas, it usually caused issues on my 3GB 7970 before it stabilized above 40-50 FPS in the open world.
It should work well with a medium-light ENB and a few grass mods. I personally dislike grass at high settings, but I enjoy lush environments.
Check Nexus Mods for a solid ENB option and look for helpful guides on modifying Skyrim.
Check out STEP: http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.2 for guidance, and ENBS can be adjusted based on personal taste. My choice is Seasons of Skyrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23812
