Some may remember me from earlier discussions, and I've successfully got the new PC operational now.
There are two M.2 drives installed on this system: one Samsung 990 Pro 1TB and another identical model with 4TB capacity.
Before, the 4TB drive worked fine. Now, after connecting three SATA drives for data transfer, it disappeared when I powered off the PC.
After rebooting, the 4TB M.2 slot no longer appears.
I reviewed manual page 13 about shared bandwidth connectors, but it didn't mention disabling SATA drives from an M.2 slot.
What should I do next?

Motherboard features 5x M.2 slots. Identify which ones are active. Please note that M.2_2 and M.2_3 slots convert the PCIEx16 (G5) slot to x8 mode, which is likely not recommended. The M.2_4 slot is disabled when the second PCIEx16(G4) slot is in use. If a 4TB M.2 drive was placed in the M.2_4 slot and a PCIE card was installed into the second PCIEx16 slot (G4), this could account for the missing drive from the system.

The M.2 slots that aren't sharing bandwidth are the ones filled. M.2_1 and M.2_5. I installed the GPU into PCIEX16(G5) and forgot to note a sound card on PCIEX16(G4). Still, the 4TB drive isn't showing up anymore. Edit: The 4TB M.2 drive appears in BIOS and I can view temperatures with Libre Hardware Monitor—it's detected, but why can't I access it?

It's likely Windows didn't allocate a drive letter. Check disk management and assign one if needed.

Hey! You did it... I opened diskmgmt.msc and a prompt asked me to initialize a drive. It's the 4TB one, and now I can create a new volume with different options like simple, spanned, stripped, mirrored. I'm assuming I'll go with simple. Also, I'm confused because the drive appeared in File Explorer before but disappeared suddenly. Thanks for understanding!
