The issue arose during gameplay, resulting in fluctuating frame rates after extended periods, typically around an hour or two. Specifically, observing the lower portions of a wall presented no problems, while movement to the left and right functioned correctly; however, viewing upwards caused a significant decrease in FPS, ranging from 1 to 40. This problem manifested only following prolonged gaming sessions, leading me to suspect overheating. I verified my system temperatures during gameplay, confirming they remained within acceptable limits. My hardware configuration includes an RTX 2080 Ti, i9-9900k processor, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a 512GB SSD and 3TB hard drive, utilizing an ASUS Prime Z390-P ATX motherboard and running Windows 10. A Malwarebytes scan revealed no detected threats.

what is the power supply's make and version?
could you provide the central processing unit and graphics card temperatures alongside their respective utilization rates following an extended gaming session?

Thermal readings remain consistent at the commencement of gameplay and subsequently throughout the session. The central processing unit typically registers values ranging from fifty to seventy degrees Celsius, while the graphics processing unit generally operates within a range of forty to seventy degrees Celsius.
