Successfully transmitting and broadcasting video game sessions from one computer to another.
I own an outdated laptop featuring a Core2Duo processor, 3GB of RAM, and an Nvidia 8400GS graphics card with 512MB of memory. It’s essentially a non-functional device that struggles to run many games, leading me to consider connecting it to my current gaming PC for recording and streaming applications. This would allow me to achieve high frame rates on the powerful gaming PC while simultaneously capturing gameplay footage. Is there a feasible method for achieving this?
Certainly, a solution exists, however, I suggest exploring a switch or router connected between your computer and notebook. You can evaluate its performance to determine if it meets your requirements; nevertheless, be aware that it may not fully satisfy you, as I’ve encountered frame fluctuations while testing with a Q6600 processor at 720p resolution. This solution is known as the OBS NDI plugin. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEJPEFu4JUg
