I’ve finally resolved to replace my aging personal computer, which has been serving me for over six years and struggles significantly with recent game titles at resolutions beyond 720p. I've created several preliminary configurations based on my financial constraints and the products available locally.
Initial Build (AMD):
Ryzen 3 1200
2x4GB RAM (The motherboard supports expansion to accommodate additional memory in the future)
Sapphire RX 570 4GB
Second Build (Intel):
i3 9100f
2x4GB RAM (Memory capacity is limited by the motherboard’s specifications – only two slots are present)
Sapphire RX 570 4GB
Alternatively, I could opt to enhance my existing system; however, its components date back to 2019—an older generation i5 processor and DDR3 memory.
My current setup consists of:
i5 2300
8GB DDR3 RAM
R7 360 2GB
I'd appreciate your opinions regarding these options. Which approach would you recommend? Is it advisable to upgrade an outdated system with a previous-generation i5 processor? Would adding a component similar to the RX 570 to my current computer provide sufficient performance for contemporary games? I welcome any insights or suggestions from the community.

What's its intended application? Is it for video games, perhaps?
