Successfully started from the cloned disk, yet dual booting into the original drive remains blocked. (Windows 10)
Hey everyone! I had a 256GB OS drive and a 1TB empty drive, both M.2 SSDs in my laptop. I cloned the 256GB into the 1TB using Macrium Reflect. Since I didn’t want to delete the original, I changed the boot order in BIOS so the 1TB came first. When I booted, I saw two Windows 10 installations—one with a volume number and one without. The first (now the 1TB) worked perfectly, but selecting the second one triggered the error "A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed." I tried EasyBCD and assigned the second Windows 10 to it, but the same error kept appearing. "Error code: 0xc0000225." Right now I can rearrange the BIOS boot sequence to switch between both Windows 10s, but I can’t have them both active at the same time. Any suggestions?
