I believe constructing the system myself would be more economical, however, I'd prefer to hire someone to ensure everything is done correctly and provide reassurance.

I’ve been investigating this PC extensively, as I require it for both gaming and academic pursuits – specifically tasks including video production, web image editing, and various artistic software applications.

Currently, the specifications are as follows:

Processor: Intel Core i7-9700F
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS
Memory: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Digital Storm Performance Series
Power Supply: 600W Digital Storm Performance Series
Storage: 1x SSD M.2 (500GB Digital Storm M.2 Performance Series) – supplemented with additional storage units from a friend (approximately several terabytes).
Network: High-Speed Network Port (compatible with Cable/DSL/Network Connections)
Graphics Card: 1x GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
Cooling System: H2O Stage 1: Digital Storm Vortex Liquid CPU Cooler (includes CPU and graphics card enhancements)
Operating System: Windows 10

Does this configuration seem suitable for my intended use?

At $1500, that configuration is excessively expensive. This alternative provides significantly enhanced performance for a considerably lower cost:

The GTX 1650 (standard version) represents a modest graphics card. The GTX 1650 Super performs adequately for games delivering frame rates in the mid to upper range at a resolution of 1080p. The GTX 1660 Super is generally a superior choice for personal computers intended for gaming.

What's the price of this setup? What’s your overall spending limit?

Currently, the price is $1,549. The financial plan aims to minimize costs while securing a durable product.

The project is nearly complete. The original poster seems to have copied details from elsewhere, resulting in an estimated $1500 build. nzxtbld is the preferred choice if you'd like someone else to assemble your system.
