Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone is using Office 365. I've been using it for about 8 to 12 months now, and each month I receive a paper invoice from Microsoft Singapore confirming my payments. Since I live in Australia on a monthly payment plan, am I the only one getting these physical invoices? - Wind

I've been working with Office 365 for nearly a year, and I don’t have physical receipts anymore—I just send them via email.

I receive invoices only after renewing my subscription annually. I use Office 365 Home, and the notifications are sent via email, not paper.

Are you referring to your personal side? My focus is on small businesses using Telstra.

I don’t have a clear view of it.

It seems unusual. You might want to reach out to their support team.

Confirmed; the $90/year plan covers five accounts right now. I signed up via M, which means I receive just one annual email instead of multiple messages.
